Alright this is Fran~

~RushEloc 's character that i got for the Xchange~ I hope im not to late! D:
but anyway she is supposed to be rather ditsy and she likes shopping alot, also the comic shes in, Fall Down; is losely based off Fall Out, so I tried encorperating that all in. tuffy!
But i decided to make it seem like she was in a world going downhill (hence the grunge) but also still showing her silly side! (the shopping bag)
